Health Lasts Longer

How Drawing Salve Puts Eczema In Its Place

2 min read

Many people have walked into the alternative health store that my family owns with various skin conditions, not the least of them being eczema and psoriasis. These particular diseases are known for their stressful skin itching and irritation, and the difficulty in finding relief.

Typical medications include steroids and topical applications. Some of the biggest drawbacks to this type of treatment are the side effects, such as drowsiness, possible absorption of the steroids into the general system, and potential cancer risk. Certainly, serious side effects can sometimes be worse than the disease itself. One of the biggest problems that people have with eczema and psoriasis it the constant itching. The more they scratch, the more serious the condition becomes. The scratching can lead to raw sores, oozing, and severe pain. The drawing salve will cause the itching to stop right away and it also soothes the skin and begins the healing process.

We have found that using a common drawing salve provides excellent results with absolutely no side effects. The salve works well and is easy to apply directly onto the skin over the affected area. It may take several applications of the salve, as the person sees fit, in order to keep the salve on the skin long enough to give the salve time enough to be effective.

After several applications of the drawing salve, we have found a very noticeable relief from itching, soreness and the scaliness of the skin. The salve soothes the area, softens the skin and provides immediate relief, which is a very desirable and positive outcome. We have had many people report back to us who are overjoyed with wonderful results.

It is also very helpful to drink plenty of pure water per day, along with cutting sugar out of the diet as much as possible, and eating lots of green vegetables. It must be kept in mind that the disease of eczema did not manifest itself overnight, and any healing from the inside out will also have to take place over a period of time.

Since there is not really a “cure” for eczema, it can be a very frustrating disease to deal with. However just the relief from the itching is a major step, allowing the area to heal. We have seen many people a good outcome in just a few days from using the drawing salve. Over time, a continued use of the salve will provide a continual conditioning of the skin, preventing more serious outbreaks.
